Description

Jeromine Apple Sapling (M106 rootstock) is a USA-origin variety from the Red Delicious group, known for its deep red color, rich aroma, and excellent storage performance. It is highly demanded in both domestic and export markets. All our saplings are certified, true-to-type, and disease-free.

The tree shows medium vigor, while the M106 semi-dwarf rootstock provides strong and balanced growth. It has a spreading canopy and benefits from regular pruning to improve fruit quality and productivity. Its semi-spur characteristic creates a more compact branching structure, making orchard management easier.

The fruits are medium to large, conical in shape, and feature a bright dark red skin. The flesh is white, firm, crisp, and juicy. Compared to standard Red Delicious types, Jeromine offers a richer and more balanced sweet flavor. Its attractive appearance makes it ideal for fresh markets and export production.

Harvest time varies depending on climate conditions, generally between September 5–18 and late September to early October. It can be stored until February in regular cold storage and up to June in controlled atmosphere (CA) storage.

Recommended pollinators include Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Gala, and Fuji.
