Description

Napoleon Cherry Sapling is the world-famous β€œTurkish Cherry” variety, highly valued for export and premium fresh markets. Its attractive fruit appearance, excellent flavor, and cracking resistance make it one of the most preferred cherry cultivars. All our saplings are certified, true-to-type, and disease-free.

The tree has vigorous growth and high productivity potential. Our saplings are available on M14, Wild Cherry, and Mahaleb rootstocks.

* M14 rootstock: Semi-dwarf growth, early bearing, and easier orchard management.
* Wild Cherry rootstock: Strong growth and long tree lifespan.
* Mahaleb rootstock: Excellent adaptation to dry and calcareous soils.

The fruits are large, glossy, and heart-shaped. The skin is red initially and turns dark red-burgundy at full maturity. The flesh is firm, crisp, juicy, and sweet. Average fruit width is approximately 20 mm, length about 21 mm, and average fruit weight around 9–9.5 grams.

One of the key advantages of this variety is its high resistance to fruit cracking, making it ideal for export and long-distance transportation.

Harvest time is in the last week of June.

Recommended pollinators include Starks Gold, Merton Late, Lambert, Noble, Jubilee, Bigarreau, and Gaucher.
